We process and ship all orders from our warehouse facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Below are the complete details of our shipping process.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges or minimum order requirements for free delivery.

Shipping Range

Delivery Area: We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. You can verify delivery availability to your location during checkout.

Remote Locations: While we serve most areas, delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take additional time beyond our standard delivery window.

Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (24 hours), Monday to Saturday. Our team physically inspects and packs each order at our Noida warehouse to ensure quality.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST will typically be processed the same business day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.

No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after processing, depending on the destination. This includes both processing (1 day) and shipping transit time (1-4 days).

Please Note: Delivery during peak seasons (festivals, holidays) or to remote locations may experience slight delays beyond our standard timeframe.

Courier Services: We use India's most reliable premium courier partners for all shipments, including:

We utilize premium air shipping for most orders to ensure rapid delivery across India.

Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple products, they will typically be shipped together in one package. In rare cases where items are temporarily out of stock at our facility, we may split shipments. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.

Lost or Damaged Items

Package Not Received: If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with family members, neighbors, or your building's security/mailroom
  2. Look around your delivery location (behind gates, near entrances) as couriers may leave packages in safe spots
  3. Contact us immediately at info@thingslo.com if you still cannot locate it. We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of both the damaged item and packaging. We will initiate a replacement or refund immediately.
